Not all wounds are visible! We all wrestle with difficult emotions and mental struggles. Not to mention the pressures of life can seem considerably overwhelming at times. I am licensed in Maryland with 9 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with depression, stress and anxiety, lgbt-related issues, parenting issues, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I have had the privilege of working with adolescents, adults, couples and families while using an eclectic approach from modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and a Person Centered approach to help facilitate their healing.

I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My goal is to simply support your vulnerability, guide you to a state of awareness and empower you to achieve your best self. I believe that you are the expert of your own story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.

I will tailor our sessions and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. In the words of Lao Tzu, “The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.” Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.

Accepting virtual clients only and works with both men and women.
