Stressful experiences can often lead to unhelpful thoughts and difficult emotions. My passion lies in supporting individuals as they break through these barriers to not only reach their goals but also to flourish in their lives. In our therapy sessions, I aim to cultivate a safe, nonjudgmental, and soothing environment where we can collaboratively embark on your healing journey. Together, we will explore the path to your well-being and personal growth.
My approach incorporates cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques to teach clients how to cope with life's challenges. In therapy I treat teens (ages 12+) and adults dealing with anxiety, grief, stress, and parenting issues. I also have experience working with neurodiverse individuals with ADHD and Autism.
