With 10 years of experience working in the counseling field, I work with teen girls and millennial women struggling with anxiety, depression, and life adjustments. The approaches I use include: Adlerian, Cognitive Behavioral, Reality, and Person-Centered Therapy techniques.
I received my BA in Psychology from George Mason University and my MA in Mental Health Counseling from Bowie State University. My clinical training and work experiences have come from Sheppard Pratt, Hope Health Systems, Kolmac Clinic, and starting my own private practice.
