As a trained mental health provider, I support young adults (18-30 years old) using behavioral, holistic, and culturally sensitive approaches to explore how past experiences shape the present and future. I administer assessments, collaborate on treatment planning, and implement strategies to reduce symptoms of depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, and bipolar disorder.
I view clients as experts in their own lives and encourage meaningful self-exploration while occasionally challenging them to step outside their comfort zones.
Through our collaborative work, clients may reduce negative responses to trauma, learn to manage stress and anxiety, and develop healthier thought patterns and beliefs. I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Coppin State University and I am a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor under supervision certified by the Maryland Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists.
Accepting virtual clients only.
