Sade has psychotherapy experience with adolescents and adults with diverse racial, ethnic, class, gender and sexual identities. Rooted in Humanistic Psychology, Sade’s approach to care is person-centered, collaborative, and of the fundamental belief that we are experts of our own lived experiences and can access healing.

Grounded in a high level of empathy, you can expect nonjudgemental, trauma-informed, compassionate, straightforward guidance and feedback from Sade, who takes care to build trust and authenticity in the therapeutic alliance. Sade’s clinical interest areas include: identity, relationships, trauma, spirituality, intimacy, anxiety, depression, stress management, and addiction.

In addition to working in private practice, Sade is a school-based clinician where she supports high school students and their caretakers across a continuum of care.
