Sharon received her Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, in 2011, and her Master in Social Work from the University of Maryland School of Social Work in 2014. Sharon has received training in anxiety treatment, cognitive-behavioral techniques, motivational interviewing, trauma informed care and dialectical behavioral techniques. Sharon has experience addressing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, relationships issues, adjustment/life transitions, and grief and loss.
