Able Therapy and Coaching, LLC was formed and put into practice by Tyronea (Ty) Williams. I received my MS in Professional Counseling Psychology from Washington Adventist University. I am licensed with the State of MD, license number LC9321. I’m a trained EMDR therapist and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CTTP) allowing me to use special knowledge and skills in helping those with trauma. Other modalities used to assist in treatment are Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Sand Tray therapy, and others. I’m experienced treating individual with a broad range of mental health issues such as depression, anxiety disorders, substance abuse, bipolar disorder, anger, and low self-esteem. I recognized my passion with helping individuals through difficult times and started my journey in the behavioral health field as a Mental Health Therapist. I am very passionate in my delivery, dedicated to helping clients reach their goals, and filled with optimism and hope. I have facilitated several groups focused on co-occurring disorders as well as trauma support groups.
