Welcome! Let's design the life you crave, together. I'm excited to work with you!

I am passionate about helping adults (18+) who are ready to make meaningful changes. I help you to trust yourself, to get off the conveyor belt of life, where you may find yourself making automatic decisions based on your past, your upbringing, societal expectations, etc. I help you take the stories of who you’ve been taught to be and make space to lean into who you truly are, to sift through the noise and find the real you - the one buried beneath a mountain of chaos, but still on fire, energized, confident, and self assured. I help you connect with yourself in a compassionate way, that makes room for acknowledging difficult experiences, & also gives yourself permission to flip the script. I help you live in your purpose based on what you value most.
Why do I do all this? Because I believe the world deserves and needs what you, and only you, have to offer.

I believe in working toward overall wellness and operate with the goal of resolving the underlying issues that are creating your symptoms, as opposed to just helping you make the symptoms less bothersome. Though I believe diagnostics and labels can be useful at times, it is more important to me to understand your experiences from a holistic framework; overall, I see “diagnoses” more as resourceful coping strategies. I seek to understand the broader context of your life and how macro level issues such as systemic oppression, historical trauma, societal expectations, socioeconomic factors, and other identity issues play a role in the concerns you bring to our sessions. I don’t provide cookie cutter approaches; I strive to provide a supportive and safe environment that highly values the unique cultural and individual experiences that create YOU.

Taking the first step can be nerve wracking, even down right terrifying. That’s more than okay! Change means stepping into the unknown; sometimes it feels safer to stay with what we know. At least we are familiar with this box, right? It may be a box, but it’s my box. But what if taking that step leads to the life you dreamed of? Would you take that step?
